Permitted/Prohibited Items

To make your day more enjoyable at the Air Show we have compiled a convenient list of permitted and prohibited items for your reference.

Permitted Items:

The following items are allowed on the flight line. All permitted items will be inspected prior to admission. It is strongly recommended that spectators minimize the number and size of permitted items to reduce delay into the flight line area.

  • ADA Compliant Service Animals
  • Baby Items:
    • Baby Food
    • Pre-Packaged and/or Sealed Baby Snack Food
    • Diaper Bags {Subject to Search}
    • Strollers {Subject to Search}
  • Blankets
  • Cameras and Camcorders
  • Folding Chairs and Lawn Chairs
  • Children’s Wagons {Non-Motorized}
  • Crutches
  • Fanny Packs and Purses {Subject to Search}
  • Hand-Held Umbrellas
  • Handicapped Scooters
  • Hats
  • Hearing Protection {Ear Cups, Ear Plugs}
  • Small Coolers for Life-Saving Medicines
  • Standard Backpacks {Subject to Search}
  • Sunscreen
  • Sealed Clear Water Bottles {You may bring in sealed water bottles, however, large quantities per individual are prohibited}
  • Walkers
  • Wheelchairs

 

Prohibited Items:

Everyone is subject to search. If prohibited items are found in your possession, you will be asked to return the items to your car or dispose of them.

  • Aluminum Cans
  • Awnings
  • Barbecues or Cooking Equipment
  • Bicycles
  • Camelback Hydration Packs
  • Coolers {Unless they are being used for life–saving medicines and/or baby formula, baby food}
  • Opened or Unsealed Liquid Containers
  • Drones
  • Drugs, Narcotics or Any Type of Illegal Substance
  • Duffle Bags
  • Food Items {Other than Baby Food}
  • Glass Bottles/Containers
  • Non-Air Show Provided Golf Carts
  • Hover Boards
  • Motorcycles
  • Pets – Other than ADA Compliant Service Animals
  • Quads, ATVs
  • Roller Blades
  • Roller Skates
  • Skateboards
  • Scooters {Kick and Electric – Excludes Medical Transportation Devices}
  • Self-Balancing Scooters, Segways
  • Smoking – Other than in a Designated Smoking Area
  • Suitcases, Large Bags
  • Tents, Including Pop–Up Tents
  • Large/ Beach Umbrellas
  • Weapons (Firearms, Mace, Stun Guns, Explosives, Knives) or any Items deemed to be Dangerous
  • Any Other Items Security Personnel deems to be a Security Risk.

Note: Pretending to be an owner of a service dog is a criminal misdemeanor punishable by a fine of up to $1,000 and/or up to six months imprisonment.
