Los Angeles County Air Show is looking for volunteers
LOS ANGELES, CA (March 2, 2018) – The Los Angeles County Air Show, presented by Lockheed Martin, will hold a volunteer information meeting for the March 24-25 Air Show at the Learn 4 Life facility, 177 Holston Ave, Lancaster at 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday, March 6, 2018.
The Show is still looking for volunteers and needs about 75 additional volunteers to make our show a success. “Our volunteers are the foundation of the Show and we couldn’t do it without them. It’s always a lot of fun and rewarding for them. They always end up making new friends and it’s a rewarding feeling to give back to the community,” says volunteer manager Betty Evans.
The volunteer application can be found at https://lacountyairshow.com/volunteers/. Or, feel free to contact Betty at firstname.lastname@example.org.
The Los Angeles County Air Show is one of the nation’s premier Air Shows with a full schedule of military jets including the USAF F-22 Raptor Demo Team, world renowned aerobatic performers, skydivers, and warbirds from all over the country. In addition to the attractions in the sky, there are extensive static displays, an iconic aeronautical Heroes & Legends History Panel, and a hands-on STEM Exhibition, where kids can enjoy robotics and science experiments.
